Purpose of the application

Hostanova Pro helps hospitality teams manage day-to-day hotel operations in one place: reservations and room inventory, front desk check-in/check-out, housekeeping, point of sale, invoices and taxes, staff/HR, inventory, maintenance, and guest self-service. Operators use Hostanova Pro to run properties efficiently and keep guest folios, payments, and service orders accurate.

Why Hostanova Pro requests Google user data

Hotel staff may optionally connect a property Gmail inbox through Google OAuth. With read-only Gmail access (gmail.readonly), Hostanova Pro scans relevant messages to:

Import OTA reservation emails (for example Booking.com, Agoda, Airbnb, Expedia) into the booking workflow.
Detect RAAST / bank payment alert emails and help reconcile guest invoice payments automatically.

Hostanova Pro does not use Gmail data to train generalized AI/ML models, sell personal data, or serve ads. Use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
