Delete your Hostanova Pro account

Codexmark provides an in-app account deletion path. You do not need to email us to start deletion.

1. Sign in to Hostanova Pro (website or Android app).
2. Open Profile (staff: organization settings → Profile → Security; guests: Portal → Profile).
3. Choose Delete my account, type DELETE, and confirm.

Your login is deactivated immediately. Hotel operational records (reservations, invoices) remain with the property for legal and accounting purposes, as described in the Privacy Policy.
