1. Agreement to Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using Hostanova Pro ("the Service"), a product of Codexmark, available at https://hostanova.shahdawood.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use or access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Hostanova Pro provides a comprehensive Property Management System (PMS) for hotel management and automated payments — including front-desk operations, room reservation management, guest services, Point of Sale (POS), inventory management, RAAST payment reconciliation, and optional Google Gmail API integrations for OTA reservation import and bank payment alerts.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

When creating an account on Hostanova Pro:

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete organization and contact information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and passwords.
• You are solely responsible for all activities and transactions performed under your organization account.
• You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach of your account.

4. Third-Party Services & Google Integration

Hostanova Pro allows optional integrations with third-party providers, including Google Cloud Services (Gmail API):

• Google OAuth Authorization: Connecting your Gmail account grants Hostanova Pro read-only permission (gmail.readonly) to process bank RAAST / credit alerts for payment reconciliation and OTA confirmation emails for reservation import. See our Google API Limited Use Disclosure.
• Compliance with Google Policies: Hostanova Pro strictly complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
• Third-Party Availability: We are not liable for service interruptions, rate limits, or API policy changes enforced by Google, Booking.com, Agoda, Airbnb, or Expedia.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Service for fraudulent reservations, unauthorized data scraping, or illegal activities.
• Attempting to bypass, disable, or breach security features or network infrastructure.
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity, performance, or availability of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, titles, and interests in and to Hostanova Pro, including software source code, designs, brand assets, logos, and documentation, remain the exclusive property of Codexmark and its licensors.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Codexmark and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or operational downtime arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for security reasons. You may terminate your agreement at any time by requesting account deletion.
